Our Hour is an early build by one person. Use it to find time together — not to run anything that matters.

1. What this is
Our Hour works out the hours when everyone in your circle is free at the same time, across time zones, and counts down to the next one. It is in beta. It will have bugs, the times it shows can be wrong, and features will appear and disappear. Do not rely on it for anything with a consequence — a flight, a medication, a deadline, an exam. Keep using whatever you already trust for those.
2. Your account
You need an account, and it is yours alone: one person per account, no sharing a login, no account for someone under 14. Keep your sign-in to yourself. If you think somebody else has got into your account, email us and we will help you close it.
3. What you put in
Your rhythm and your labels stay yours. By entering them you let us store them and show them to the people in the circles you join — that, and nothing more. We do not use what you write to train anything or to sell to anybody.
Two things we ask of you: don't put other people's personal information into your blocks, and don't put anything in that you have no right to share.
4. What you may not do
- Don't use it to watch someone. A circle is for people who all chose to be in it. Do not pressure anyone into joining one, do not use an account that is not yours to see where someone's time goes, and do not use the app to monitor or control another person.
- Don't attack, scrape, overload or pick apart the service, or try to reach other people's data.
- Don't impersonate anyone, and don't send other users things they didn't ask for.
- Don't do anything illegal with it.
If an account is doing one of these things, we may suspend it, and for the first one we will not wait around.
5. Money
The app is free today and takes no payments. Larger circles may become paid later. If that happens, nothing will ever be charged without you choosing it first and seeing the price, and anything you already have will keep working.
6. Availability
This is a beta: there is no uptime promise, your data could be lost, and the app or any part of it may change or stop. If we are shutting something down and have any warning, we will tell you in the app and give you a way to get your data out.
7. Where we stand if something goes wrong
Our Hour is provided as it is, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a meeting you missed, time you lost, or data that went missing. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away — and if a clause here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
8. Ending it
Delete your account whenever you like; see the privacy policy for how. We may end your access if you break these terms. Either way, the parts of these terms that are meant to outlive the account — what you put in, liability — carry on.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and a material change is announced in the app before it applies. Carrying on using the app after that means you accept the new version; if you don't, delete your account.
10. Law
These terms follow the law of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of Seoul can hear a dispute about them. If you live somewhere else, this does not remove the consumer protections of the place you live.

1. 이 앱이 하는 일
Our Hour는 서로 다른 시간대에 있어도 서클에 있는 사람 모두가 동시에 비어 있는 시간을 계산하고, 다음 그 시간까지 남은 시간을 셉니다. 베타입니다. 버그가 있고, 보여 주는 시각이 틀릴 수 있고, 기능이 생기거나 사라집니다. 결과가 걸린 일에는 쓰지 마세요 — 비행기, 복약, 마감, 시험 같은 것들이요. 그런 일에는 이미 믿고 쓰는 수단을 그대로 쓰세요.
2. 계정
계정이 필요하고, 그 계정은 당신 것입니다. 한 사람이 하나씩 쓰고, 로그인을 공유하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만은 계정을 만들 수 없습니다. 로그인 정보는 본인만 알고 계세요. 누가 내 계정에 들어온 것 같으면 메일을 주세요. 계정을 닫도록 돕겠습니다.
3. 입력한 내용
생활 리듬과 라벨은 당신 것입니다. 입력하면 저희가 그것을 저장하고, 당신이 참여한 서클의 사람들에게 보여 주는 것까지만 허락하는 것입니다. 쓴 내용을 무언가를 학습시키는 데 쓰거나 누군가에게 파는 일은 없습니다.
두 가지만 부탁합니다. 블록에 다른 사람의 개인정보를 적지 마시고, 공유할 권한이 없는 내용을 올리지 마세요.
4. 하지 말아야 할 것
- 감시에 쓰지 마세요. 서클은 스스로 들어오기로 한 사람들의 공간입니다. 참여를 압박하지 말고, 본인 것이 아닌 계정으로 남의 시간을 들여다보지 말고, 다른 사람을 감시하거나 통제하는 데 앱을 쓰지 마세요.
- 서비스를 공격하거나, 긁어가거나, 과부하를 주거나, 분해하려 하지 마세요. 다른 사람의 데이터에 접근하려는 시도도 안 됩니다.
- 다른 사람을 사칭하지 말고, 원하지 않는 내용을 다른 이용자에게 보내지 마세요.
- 앱으로 불법적인 일을 하지 마세요.
어떤 계정이 이런 일을 하고 있다면 이용을 정지할 수 있고, 첫 번째 항목에 대해서는 기다리지 않습니다.
5. 요금
현재 앱은 무료이고 결제를 받지 않습니다. 나중에 더 큰 서클이 유료가 될 수 있습니다. 그렇게 되더라도 당신이 가격을 보고 직접 선택하지 않는 한 어떤 금액도 청구되지 않고, 이미 쓰고 있던 것은 계속 동작합니다.
6. 서비스 제공
베타이므로 가동률을 약속하지 않고, 데이터가 사라질 수도 있으며, 앱이나 그 일부가 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 무언가를 종료하게 되고 미리 알 수 있다면 앱에서 알리고 데이터를 내보낼 방법을 함께 제공합니다.
7. 문제가 생겼을 때
Our Hour는 있는 그대로 제공되며 어떤 보증도 하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 놓친 약속이나 잃은 시간, 사라진 데이터에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 포기할 수 없는 소비자 권리를 이 약관이 빼앗지는 않으며, 충돌하는 조항이 있다면 그 권리가 우선합니다.
8. 종료
계정은 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 방법은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다. 약관을 위반하면 저희가 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다. 어느 쪽이든 계정보다 오래 남도록 되어 있는 조항 — 입력한 내용, 책임 — 은 계속 유효합니다.
9. 변경
약관이 바뀌면 맨 위 날짜도 바뀌고, 실질적인 변경은 적용 전에 앱에서 알립니다. 그 뒤로도 앱을 계속 쓰면 새 약관에 동의하는 것으로 보며, 동의하지 않으면 계정을 삭제해 주세요.
10. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르고, 분쟁은 서울의 법원에서 다룹니다. 다른 곳에 거주한다면 그곳의 소비자 보호 규정이 이 조항으로 사라지지 않습니다.
